Tandem Membership Approval Has Been Delayed for More Than 20 Days

I applied for membership to the Tandem app approximately 20 days ago. Since submitting my application, every time I try to enter the app, I keep seeing a “7 days” warning message. However, even though much more than seven days have already passed, I am still seeing the exact same warning and my membership has still not been approved.

During this process, I repeatedly tried logging into the application, but nothing has changed. This situation makes me feel as though I am being treated unfairly, and it has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

I want my membership application to finally be reviewed and approved without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation regarding the reason for this unusually long waiting period.
