During our trip from Antalya to Tehran, our suitcases were damaged and some were not delivered. We had a two-hour delay in Adana and sat inside the airplane, but even the wretched Tailwind Airlines did not provide a bottle of mineral water to the children. It is very regrettable that Turkey claims to be European but is very backward and has poor management.
