Swatch Skin Earth SS07S103 Strap Tore Twice at the Same Location

I purchased the Skin Earth (SS07S103) model watch from the Swatch store in Ankara Ankamall in July 2025. The pin hole on the watch strap tore shortly after purchase, and the store sent the item in for service. The service department determined a replacement was required and installed a new strap of the exact same model.
However, in July 2026, the strap tore at the exact same location for a second time. Because the identical issue recurred, I believe there is a chronic defect with the strap design. Despite this, the store is unhelpful at this stage, and I am unable to contact the service department. I do not want to waste time sending the product back to service again, as I fear the same defect will repeat itself.
My expectation from Swatch is for my watch strap to be replaced with a durable, defect-free steel strap, or, if that is not possible, for the full purchase price of the product to be refunded. I demand that the process be resolved without further delays in a manner that rights this grievance.
