Swatch Refused Repair for Broken Crown on Older Model Watch
Because the winding crown of our Swatch women's wristwatch purchased in 2010 broke, the watch was sent in for service through Konyalı Saat branches in Istanbul and Mersin. According to the latest update provided by Konyalı Saat in Mersin, the watch supposedly cannot be repaired because it is an older model. I do not recommend Swatch watches to anyone. This is a company that fails to stand behind the products it sells, and they even demanded a $14 service shipping fee.
