Swarovski Bracelet Size and Style Misleading, Refused Return at Store

I purchased a Swarovski bracelet after being assured by the salesperson that it was popular among men. However, once I tried it on, it was clear that the size and fit were completely unsuitable for me. The very next day, I returned to the Gordion Mall location with the bracelet in its original, undamaged packaging, along with all necessary documentation, to request a return. To my surprise, I was told that they don’t accept returns and that they “don’t sell men’s items.” This experience has left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed with Swarovski’s lack of customer care. I urgently request a response and resolution from Swarovski representatives to address this issue promptly.
