Suzuki Vitara Multimedia System Error
Ever since 2017, I've been dealing with some frustrating issues with the multimedia screen and reverse camera in my Suzuki Vitara. There was a recent incident where the screen refused to turn on. I brought it to the service center, and they replaced the screen for ₺5800. Even though I was assured of a 6-month warranty, the new screen ended up being even worse than the old one and started malfunctioning shortly after. The authorized service that handled the replacement mentioned that the product is not their direct responsibility and advised reaching out to the multimedia vendor for assistance. Curiously, I was alerted to the problems with the multimedia device on the very day I bought the car. This situation is quite unusual. I'm curious if there's another company out there that sells cars and avoids taking responsibility for defective parts. Why bother installing it? Let's take a trip back to the '80s and purchase and install our own radio, mirrors, and more. It would be more advantageous for you and less burdensome for us.
