SurveyLama Account Disabled After Making Withdrawal
I have been using SurveyLama for about three weeks and recently reached the minimum withdrawal threshold on 19 February 2026 at around 19:32. I requested a withdrawal of 2,031 LP, and after that I also earned an additional 143 LP through further surveys. Instead of receiving my payout, my SurveyLama account was suddenly disabled a few minutes before I wrote this complaint. I was not informed of any specific reason, violation, or problem with my account, and I believe this is unfair because I worked hard to earn this balance by completing surveys as required by the platform. I immediately contacted SurveyLama support by email, but so far I have not received any response or even an acknowledgment of my message. I am very disappointed that my account was blocked at the moment I reached the withdrawal point, without any explanation and without giving me a chance to clarify anything. I request that my SurveyLama account be reactivated as soon as possible and that my pending withdrawal of 2,031 LP, as well as the additional 143 LP I earned afterwards, be paid to me in full. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my account was disabled in the first place.
