Surveoo Has Not Paid My 30,200 Naira Withdrawal

I have been using Surveoo to earn money through surveys and on 15 September 2026 I made a withdrawal request of 30,200 naira from my account. Since that date, the withdrawal status has been stuck on “pending” and the money has not been paid into my account. I contacted Surveoo support about this issue but I have not received any response from them. The lack of communication and delay in processing this payment is causing me serious concern and makes me question the reliability of the platform. I request that my 30,200 naira withdrawal be processed and paid to me immediately, and that I receive a clear explanation for this long delay and the lack of response from support.
