Wrong Product Was Delivered and No Help Was Provided For Refund

On 09/10/2025, I ordered a car camera (4-camera DVR device) through Instagram, and on 11/09/2025 around 12:45 PM, I picked up my package from the Sürat Kargo Istanbul Fıstıkağacı branch. When I opened it, I discovered that a completely different device had been sent instead of the one I ordered. The same day, around 1:00 PM, I went back to the branch to return the product. However, the staff told me that I should trust the seller I purchased from, that they could not help me, and that they could not refund my money. They also gave me a phone number for a place called “gün Kargo,” but I never received any response. The branch staff stated that this issue was not their responsibility and that it was entirely up to me. The package did not include an invoice, and I have been unable to reach the sender. The contact numbers provided to me have also gone unanswered. The package was delivered at the Istanbul Fıstıkağacı (Üsküdar) branch, and I paid ₺1499 via QR code through an Akbank POS device (11/09/2025, 12:53 PM). I was given no assistance and have been left victimized. I demand that Sürat Kargo take more responsibility in checking and handling return processes for such deliveries, that my grievance be resolved, and that the amount I paid be refunded.
