Sürat Kargo Package Delivered to Wrong Person

On January 15th, a package I sent to my relative from Sürat Kargo Kocavezir branch was received by someone else, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through phone calls, no solution has been provided. The company's staff delivered the package without confirming any form of identification or requiring any special codes. In my complaint, I discovered some inconsistencies in the documents. There seems to be a discrepancy between the recipient's T.C. Identity number and the number in the photo provided. Additionally, the special code is different, and it appears that the product was delivered to the branch instead of the intended address. The system has a record of it being distributed for delivery, and the police have obtained camera recordings. Customer representatives have verified that the delivery was completed without the need for T.C. Identity and special code. Additionally, there are voice recordings available. There have been inaccurate claims that my cargo information was not shared with third parties. I kindly request compensation for my losses and would like to emphasize that I will diligently follow up on this matter. Attached is the invoice for the product content, along with a request for compensation. However, even though weeks have gone by, I haven't received any response regarding this issue. I have concrete proof of numerous inconsistencies and abnormalities in various documents. The company prioritizes the well-being of its staff, and I am committed to consistently raising concerns with the appropriate authorities until a resolution is reached.
