Courier Package Not Delivered To Address - Always Redirected To Branch
My shipment with tracking number 23054859710115, which was supposed to be delivered on November 15, has still not reached me. I keep receiving messages from the branch saying, “You can pick up your package from the branch.” However, this issue is not limited to this branch; I occasionally experience similar problems with other branches as well. For the last two deliveries, my packages—despite being scheduled for home delivery—were not brought to my address at all and were sent directly to the branch. This recurring situation is causing inconvenience, and I request that my packages be delivered to my address properly and without exception.
