SuperStep Sent Wrong Item and Hasn’t Issued Refund After Two Months

Nine days ago I ordered a school backpack from SuperStep and paid ₺4,288.90 by credit card (Order No: 8301542837621228). However, it has not been delivered to date and I have received no communication. Although the order shows as “shipped” in the system, after speaking with customer service three times I was informed that the item has not actually left the warehouse. On two occasions I was told “it will be shipped today,” but nothing happened. Schools have already opened and we urgently need the backpack; my child has been forced to go to school in a plastic bag for days. I demand immediate delivery of my order and request that our grievance be resolved without delay.
