SuperStep Sold Salomon Waterproof Shoes That Leak In Rain

On February 12, I purchased a pair of shoes from SuperStep that were specifically advertised as waterproof. I chose this product to use in rainy weather. However, during my first use in the rain, after walking for about 20 minutes, I noticed that my socks were completely soaked.
Since the product is not waterproof as described, it has failed to meet my expectations from the very beginning. Despite being sold as waterproof, the fact that the shoes allow water in has caused me serious inconvenience, both in terms of comfort and considering the price I paid.
I paid approximately $310 for this product.
I contacted SuperStep in writing and explained the situation, but I have not received any response so far.
Since it is clear that the product does not fulfill its waterproof claim, I request that this defect be acknowledged and that I be assisted either with a full refund or with a replacement product that is truly waterproof and free of defects.
