SuperStep Refused Exchange For Damaged Stanley Quencher Gift Cup




I purchased a Stanley Quencher from SuperStep today as a gift, but when I checked the product, I saw that there was color damage on it. Receiving a damaged product on the same day of purchase, especially when it is intended as a gift, has made me very angry and upset. I contacted SuperStep about the color damage, but I was told that they would not do anything about it. I find it unacceptable that a defective product is sold and then the problem is ignored when it is reported. I request that my Stanley Quencher with color damage be exchanged with a brand-new, flawless product as soon as possible. I do not want to be called or messaged for marketing or similar reasons; I only expect my exchange request to be processed quickly and the issue to be resolved. Fuck you
