SuperStep Delivered Gift Shoes in Damaged Box with Cigarette Marks

I purchased a pair of shoes from SuperStep as a gift, but the delivery was an absolute disappointment. The box arrived completely damaged, as if it had been stepped on, with a cigarette butt extinguished on it. To make matters worse, there was no gift packaging, and the shoes themselves were stained.

This is unacceptable for a brand like SuperStep. How can you send a product in such poor condition, especially when marked as a gift? It’s embarrassing and shows complete disregard for customers. I will never recommend SuperStep to anyone after this experience. Please address this issue immediately, replace the damaged shoes, and ensure proper packaging in the future!
