If Superprof locked your messages after you paid, it was probably because your Student Pass ran out, you got a refund, or your payment was reversed. This automatically takes away your chat access, even to past talks.
Log into your account and check the Student Pass or Subscription status to see if it is current or if the system disabled it.
To get access back, contact Superprof support through the Help Center and ask for the reactivation of message records, making it clear that you need to be able to chat again.
Add pictures of the payment confirmation and say that the lock happened after payment, not before.
If help doesn't respond, you could file a complaint on Xolvie to get people to notice and try to get things fixed.
