Turkcell Superonline has not been able to provide internet service for 10 days. If this is what they call fiber speed, we're in trouble. I don't care about the issues with their subcontractor; that's their responsibility, not mine. We provided two phone numbers, yet they claim they couldn't reach us. If they couldn't, the phone line is open 24/7. We also gave Turkcell a second number—why didn’t they try that? Instead of solving the issue, they are wasting time with excuses. They keep covering one lie with another. This is the third time I've submitted a request. A problem that should normally be resolved within 48 hours has now taken 480 hours!

Moreover, I am both a corporate customer for GSM and internet, your field teams are as loose and indifferent as an elastic band, I realized once again that I will never deal with Superonline again in my life. Once my subscriptions end, I will continue with another operator. It wouldn't be a lie to say that I have never seen such disgrace in corporate service in my life. For ten days, I have neither TV nor internet in the heart of Istanbul. This shame is enough for you. To accept your apology, give me one more month of free subscription and let's see if you can do it. Let's see if you can achieve customer satisfaction. I am so angry that my migraine has flared up. One lie covered another today; I talked 5 times. You are forcing people to swear, driving them to the point of insanity. This is your thing. No one calls or asks from you. I've seen a lot of incompetence in the world, but I've never seen anything like yours in this job. You promised to come within 484 hours in 11 days and provide service within 48 hours, but you couldn't do it. We made 30 phone calls, sometimes 6 times a day, every hour, but got no results. Your field team is slack, you are slack, indifferent. So what happened? I am also your corporate customer, but the next contract with GSMs will not be renewed with Superonline. I went and got a Tivibu and internet package from Telekom. They will come and connect it as of yesterday or today. You found the money too much, you despised the customer and didn't take them seriously. All our conversations are recorded, let's see what you said and what you did. You are liars, your employees are unaware of each other, each playing their own tune. We provided information from the priority line red line, you will be called by 6 today with an urgent code. And then they lie saying they called and couldn't reach me. Oh, your field team is so incompetent. When you called, you reached me, but the public can't reach your lying team, is that so? You left me without internet TV for 11 days. You have no apologetic stance at all. You are a rotten corporation. Oh, by the way, I called and couldn't be reached, right? My line is a Turkcell corporate company line :) That's your shame again. I leave you to your own useless business. I criticized before, you brought out a BIP against WhatsApp, first it was paid, then you said it was free, you couldn't manage an app, you couldn't win people's hearts. Why? Did they say so from the USA, did they say they would sabotage your shares in NYC? Why didn't BIP catch on? We are not foreigners, we are nationalists, we wanted a Turkcell to lead, but it didn't happen. Anyway, it's over now.
