SuperLive Unauthorized Charge and Refund Problem
I am writing regarding an unauthorized purchase made through the Superlive mobile app today in the amount of 19.99 (currency as shown in my bank statement). This was the first time this particular card had ever been used with Superlive, and I did not authorize this transaction. My Superlive ID is 14424*** and my email address registered in the app is almightylove7***@gmail.com. I have not spent a single coin from this purchase and the balance remains completely unused. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted Superlive app support and requested a refund, but my request was refused. Right after that, I contacted my bank and submitted a chargeback request for the transaction. At the moment, the charge is still pending and nothing has been resolved yet. I am requesting that Superlive cancel this unauthorized transaction and refund the full amount of 19.99 without any delay, and confirm that no further charges will be made to my card without my explicit consent.
After providing all the evidence my bank sided with me with the charge back. I have no idea if this complaint aided in that because superlive never reached out through here or email. I'm not banned, I read people got banned for doing charge backs no matter what, and they still haven't taken the coins back from the unauthorized purchase. Will update if possible if anything happens/changes.
