SuperLive Unauthorized Payment And Requesting Full Refund

Today, I made a purchase on Superlive for what I believed would be a 4 SR item, but instead the platform charged me a total of 44.88 via Apple Pay and effectively emptied my bank account compared to what I intended to spend. The transaction appears on my statement as “LiveStreamingSes London CITY” dated 25/07/2026. I did not authorize or expect this higher amount and I feel misled by the way the payment was processed. I am requesting a full refund of the 44.88 that was taken, and I would like this transaction to be cancelled and reversed as soon as possible. I also ask for an explanation of how such a discrepancy between the advertised amount and the charged amount occurred so that this does not happen again.
