I Face Unfair “Pay to Win” Gameplay in Clash Royale — Evolutions Unbalanced

I’ve been playing Clash Royale on my Samsung A56 device under the username “p***” for about two years. I’m facing a serious issue caused by the “Pay to Win” system implemented by Tencent-owned Supercell. Especially with new features like Evolutions — which can only be obtained by spending money — it has become nearly impossible to win, even against players of the same level. This makes all the time and effort I’ve put into the game feel wasted and creates an ethically unfair environment.

In addition, for expensive in-game items such as the ₺409.99 Diamond Pass and ₺1,929.99 Gem Bundle, the VAT amount isn’t clearly specified, and there’s a lack of transparency in pricing. This makes me feel misled as a user and suggests that the company is violating its commitment to transparency.

These issues have persisted after every update. I can’t reach the help or support team, so I’m sharing my complaint here. I request that the unfair matches I’ve lost be reviewed and refunded and that fairness be restored within the game.
