I Face Delayed Bank Transfer Withdrawal Issue on Superbet for ₺92,000

On 12/08/2025, I submitted a ₺92,000 withdrawal request on the Superbet website using the bank transfer method through the “Withdraw Funds” section. Even after more than 24 hours, the money has not been deposited into my bank account. During the withdrawal process, I encountered an error message stating “Cross-sequence and chain betting”, which I do not fully understand.

I contacted Superbet customer service multiple times, but each time I only received the same generic response — that “the finance department deemed it appropriate.” No one has provided a clear explanation or offered a resolution. I have never experienced this issue before, I have no pending balance in my account, and no fees or commissions have been deducted from the withdrawal amount.

I am requesting immediate processing of my withdrawal and a clear explanation for this delay. This is a significant amount, and such prolonged inaction is unacceptable. I expect Superbet to resolve this promptly and ensure my funds are transferred without further delay.
