Sugo Wrongfully Banned My Account After a False Report

My Sugo account was unfairly banned because of a false report from a woman who threatened me. I did nothing wrong, yet she told me, "If you don’t do what I say, I’ll get your account banned"—and that’s exactly what happened!
I want this issue resolved immediately. It’s unacceptable that someone can abuse the system like this and have accounts banned without cause. I need my ban lifted and proper action taken against those who misuse the reporting system.
Sugo, fix this now! Has anyone else had their account unfairly banned? This needs to stop. I demand a response and a solution.
