Sugo App Harassment Complaint: Request to Permanently Ban Abusive User

For about one week I have been subjected to harassment and abusive language from another user on the Sugo application. This person has repeatedly used bad and offensive words towards me in the chat. I have already blocked this user through the application, but due to the seriousness of the abuse I do not think blocking alone is sufficient. I am sharing screen recordings and screenshots that clearly show this behavior. I request that you urgently review the chat history and this person’s account and permanently ban this user ID from the platform, and that you inform me in writing about the action taken.
