Sugo Account Suddenly Banned After I Requested a Withdrawal

My Sugo account, with ID 193088240, was suddenly suspended on January 20, 2026, at approximately 8:04 PM. I only received an in-app notification about the suspension and was not given any clear reason or prior warning.

Before the suspension, I had submitted a withdrawal request for 200,000 diamonds from my account, but this withdrawal has still not been processed. After the suspension, I waited for a response from Sugo support, but so far I have not received any reply or explanation.

This situation is preventing me from using the service, and I have no information about what caused the suspension or why my withdrawal is being held. I am requesting that my Sugo account (ID 193088240) be reinstated as soon as possible and that my withdrawal of 200,000 diamonds be completed, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation regarding both the suspension and the status of my withdrawal.
