Sugo Took My Payment But Hasn’t Delivered My Balance for 45 Days
On March 17, I made a payment to one of Sugo’s authorized dealers, and I have the payment receipt as proof. Despite this, I was informed that the money did not reach my account and instead remained stuck in Sugo’s system pool.
I contacted Sugo customer service immediately after the issue occurred. However, even after 45 days, they keep telling me they are still waiting for a response from Sugo management, just like I am.
All evidence — the receipt, payment confirmations, and message records — clearly proves that the transaction was completed. Yet despite having all this documentation, Sugo has left me waiting without resolution for a month and a half.
I am demanding that Sugo immediately credit the missing balance and stop delaying the resolution of an issue they clearly caused. It’s unacceptable to treat loyal users with this level of negligence.
