Lost Access to Paid Stumble Guys Account on New Device via Steam
Hello, I’d like to file a complaint and request that my issue be forwarded to the Stumble Guys support team for resolution.
I want to log into my paid Stumble Guys account from a different device using Steam, which requires signing in through a Scopely account. However, when I try to create or link my account, the system says that my email address is already connected to another Scopely account.
I used to play this game before and had even spent around 40 TL on in-game purchases, so I don’t want to lose access to my account. This is my original account, and I’d like to recover or relink it properly so I can play again without being penalized.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible — I just want to continue playing with my existing account and the purchases I already made.
