Can’t Access Old DLS Account (‘yusufc’) on New Phone — Account Recovery Request
Two days ago, my old phone (Oppo Realme) broke, so I installed Dream League Soccer on my new Tecno Spark device. My old account was linked to Gmail and Google Play Games. However, when I logged into the game on my new device, instead of connecting to my old account, it created a new account linked to the same Gmail, which means I can no longer access my “yusufc” team account, which I’ve been building for years.
I have not made any in-game purchases, but I’ve been playing the game for five years, and my team had reached a very high level through great effort. I’ve already tried clearing app data, using different login methods, and even contacted the support team via Instagram, but I haven’t received any response. There’s also no official customer service option available within the app.
I request assistance in recovering access to my old account and ask that this issue be resolved promptly so I can continue playing with my original team.
