Stradivarius Wallet Keeps Setting Off Security Alarms in Every Store
About a year ago, I purchased a black Sta model wallet online from Stradivarius. When I first bought it, the security alarm went off as I entered another store in a shopping mall. At that time, a store employee told me that there was a hidden security tag inside the wallet and claimed to have deactivated it. However, recently, every time I enter a store or shopping mall, the alarm keeps going off again, forcing me to constantly explain myself and deal with embarrassing situations.
I purchased the wallet for around $9, but I no longer have the order number or receipt. The alarm issue has persisted since the day I bought it, and it has become extremely annoying and inconvenient. I haven’t yet contacted Stradivarius customer service, but I expect an apology and a proper explanation for this ongoing issue.
