Storytel Keeps Charging Me Despite Cancelling Subscription Months Ago
I canceled my Storytel subscription months ago, yet they are still charging my card. When I tried to cancel again, the app says I don’t have an active subscription. I am demanding that my subscription be fully canceled and all the charges refunded. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will take legal action, no matter the cost. How can they get away with something like this? And I’m not the only one—there are hundreds of others facing the same issue! This needs to be fixed immediately.
