Storytel Charged Me During Free Trial Period, Requesting Refund
I subscribed to Storytel after receiving a notification that I could use the service for free during the trial period. However, from the moment I subscribed, charges were added to my mobile bill through carrier billing. This should not happen during the free trial period.
I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue and a full refund of the charges that were incorrectly billed to me. It is unacceptable to charge users before the trial period ends, as this goes against the advertised offer.
I expect Storytel to address this matter promptly and ensure that such issues do not occur for other users. Please refund the charges added to my bill as soon as possible.
