Paid for Storytel After Free Trial But Can’t Access Service – No Customer Support
I installed the Storytel app and started the 7-day free trial. After the trial ended, I paid for the service, but I’m still unable to access it. There is no customer service available, and I don’t know who to contact. I either want a refund or a resolution to this issue immediately. This level of irresponsibility from a service provider is unacceptable. Please fix this problem or refund my payment.
