Supermarket Simulator Bugs Reset My Progress on Steam


About a week ago, I purchased a game called Supermarket Simulator on Steam. While playing the game on my Windows 11 computer, I’ve been encountering serious bugs, especially in the produce section and on the shelves. In the produce section, customers get stuck and freeze in place without moving. When I try to place items on the shelves, the game resets my saved progress as soon as I place the products, causing me to lose all my progress.
Because of these issues, I’m unable to play the game properly, and I keep losing the progress I’ve worked hard for. Even though I contacted support through Steam, my issue has not been resolved so far.
I am requesting that these bugs be fixed, that my inconvenience be addressed, and that I be offered an appropriate solution, including a refund if necessary.
