Steam Refund Missing After Wardogs and Frozenheim Were Removed

I requested refunds for Wardogs and Frozenheim through Steam. It has been approximately two days, but I have not received any refund. In addition, both games have been completely removed from my library.

When I checked my library, I noticed that the games were no longer associated with my account. On their store pages, I now see the purchase price and an “Add to Cart” option as if I had never owned them. In other words, both games have been removed from my library, but I have not received a refund for the approximately $24 and nearly $5 I paid for them, totaling around $30.

When I contacted Steam Support, I was told that there is a two-hour playtime limit for refunds. However, they provided no explanation as to why the games were removed from my library or why my payments were not refunded. I can no longer access the games, but I also have not received my money back.

Since the games have been removed from my library without my payment being refunded, I request that this issue be resolved by either refunding the payments to my account or fully restoring the games to my Steam library.
