Steam Game Library Disappeared After Account Login

4

On September 4, 2026, I was automatically logged out of my Steam account. When I tried to log back in using my own username and password, I was unable to access my account. After struggling through the password reset process, I was eventually able to log back into my account.

However, I then encountered a much more serious problem. This is an account I have actively used for 13 years, but none of the games I have purchased over the years were showing in my library. It was as if my account had just been created, with my entire history and game library completely gone. When I try to add the same games back to my library, Steam asks me to enter my credit card information and purchase them again, even though I previously paid for them.

I request that the entire purchase history and all of the games associated with my only Steam account, which I have actively used for 13 years, be restored as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved urgently. I am also providing my Steam ID for investigation: 76561198022125199.
