Having trouble launching Sims 4 on Steam? From 4:45 PM on May 21, 2024, onwards, I was able to log in and enjoy playing my Sims 4 game without any issues. However, today I encountered a problem as the game refuses to open, displaying an error message suggesting that my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual. It's quite peculiar that this occurred after buying four packs in just one week. The problem continues to persist, even after I've restarted my system. I require a prompt resolution.
After restarting my system and re-entering my game in Sims 4, all four of the packs I purchased in dollars suddenly disappeared. I want a solution for my packs as soon as possible. I either want a refund or for my packs to be restored!
