Stayforlong Refund Delayed for Months After Hotel Room Mismatch

I made a reservation through Stayforlong for Ankara Days Otel by Wyndham for 18.03.2026 for 2 adults and 2 children. On the website, I booked a family-type room that was shown with 1 double bed and 2 single beds in a larger room, with the single beds appearing to be in a more separate part. However, when we checked in, the room we were given was clearly not the one shown on the Stayforlong website. The room was smaller, and one of the single beds was positioned directly in front of the bathroom door, which is not what was presented in the photos and description. Due to this mismatch between what was promised on the Stayforlong website and what was actually provided at the hotel, the hotel itself accepted that the situation was not correct and agreed to a refund. I then contacted Stayforlong regarding the refund for my reservation number 16902182182. On 26.03.2026 I received a confirmation from Stayforlong that the refund would be made. Despite this written confirmation, my refund has still not been processed for 2 months. During this period I have sent several emails to Stayforlong, but I have neither received my money back nor any satisfactory solution. I request that Stayforlong immediately processes and pays my full refund for reservation number 16902182182, as already confirmed on 26.03.2026, without any further delay.
