StarPets Topup Brought, But Not Received After Seven Days
On 11 June I purchased three separate top-ups through the official Starpets website. Each of these top-ups showed the status as “created”, the money was taken from my bank account, but nothing was added to my Starpets balance. In total, I paid around €70 for these top-ups, and one of the related reference/order numbers is 8ad9ec8. Starpets informed me that it could take up to 7 days, but it has now been 8 days and I still have not received the top-ups. I have contacted live chat, but they have not been helpful, and I have also sent an email and have not received a proper response. I request that Starpets either immediately provide the three top-ups I have paid for, or issue a full refund for all three payments that are still only showing as “created” despite the money being taken from my account.
