I am writing regarding my Roblox account with the username “jolinajuannajohanna” and an issue with a payment made to Starpets. A short time ago, I deposited 0.73 € as a balance into Starpets using my bank card, but I do not want this amount to remain there and would like it returned to my bank account. I have not used the balance to make any purchases, and I do not need this amount in Starpets. I have also not yet contacted Roblox or Starpets support directly about this issue. I kindly request that the 0.73 € deposited into my Starpets balance via card payment be cancelled and refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, and I would like written confirmation once this has been done.
