StarMaker Account Restricted Under Minor Protection by Mistake

I am writing regarding an issue with my StarMaker account which is linked to the email address jonah.s***@crbcrusaders.org. On 04/20/2026, my account was placed under minor protection and my access on the app has been limited. As far as I understand, this decision was taken because of death threats that were sent as a “joke”. However, these messages were not sent from my account; they were sent from my friend’s account. Despite this, my own account was restricted and I am now unable to use StarMaker normally. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed in detail and that the minor protection on my account be removed so that I can regain full access to all StarMaker features.
