StarMaker Message Function Blocked After Abuse – Restore My Account

I am using the StarMaker Singing app on Android with the profile name “FairyPriya*” and ID 100139191***. Today, when I checked my inbox, I saw that my message function had been blocked by the system, and I can no longer use my messaging properly. Before this happened, two users on StarMaker, with the profiles “LEGEND” (ID 100138183***) and “kavita” (ID 100131612***), were involved in targeting me in what I believe was kavita’s room. They muted me in the room and used extremely abusive and dirty language towards me in Hindi. The insults were so severe that I do not even feel comfortable writing them down here. I did not do anything to deserve this treatment, and I believe they intentionally planned this against me. After this, I saw the system message saying that my message function has been blocked. I strongly feel that I am the victim in this situation and that my account has been unfairly restricted, while the users who abused and targeted me remain active. I kindly request StarMaker to urgently review the chat logs, room records and system actions related to my profile and these two accounts. I want my account and message function to be fully unmuted and restored as soon as possible. I also request that appropriate action be taken against the users “LEGEND” and “kavita”, including banning or permanently deleting their accounts if your investigation confirms their abusive behaviour. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, my account to be reinstated, and the users who abused me to be held accountable under StarMaker’s community and safety rules.
