StarMaker Account Muted for 3 Days After Responding to Abuse

I am a StarMaker user and my account with the ID 100004320*** has been muted in the party rooms for the last three days, even though I did not do anything wrong. In a party room, another user abused me very badly. I only replied by saying “brother, stay in your limits, don’t use bad words” and did not use abusive language towards anyone. After that, my account was punished and muted, while the people who abused me are still active and enjoying in the rooms. I feel I have been punished even though I was the victim in this situation. I kindly request that my StarMaker party room mute be removed as soon as possible and that my account be cleared of this penalty, because I have been treated unfairly.
