StarMaker Multiple Account Error Blocks Party Access on Android

I created a Karaoke StarMaker account on my Android phone, but the app is blocking me, saying that I have a “multiple account” and it does not allow me to participate in parties. Before, I had created three other accounts that I no longer used, so I deleted them. Now I only have one active account, but when I try to join the parties, the message appears that it is forbidden to participate due to multiple accounts and I am blocked from using this function. I kindly request that my situation be checked, that it be verified that I currently use only one account, and that the block on parties be removed so that I can participate again normally.
