Starlight Gaming Refused To Pay My Tryspeed Winnings
I am writing to report a serious problem I experienced at the Starlight Gaming USA gameroom in Phoenix, Arizona, where I play through the “Tryspeed” system. On 13 June 2026, I won a total of 1,000 dollars in winnings. Despite this, the staff member named Ruth M*** F*** took my winnings instead of paying me, even though I repeatedly asked her to cash out my winnings. Before this last incident, I had already had 500 dollars involved, and then 3 days ago my total winnings of 1,000 dollars were taken. I paid to play through Tryspeed, and I expected that when I won, I would be able to cash out my winnings without any issue. Instead, after several requests, my winnings were not paid to me and were effectively taken by this employee. I have already contacted people at Starlight Gaming USA about this situation, and they keep telling me that they will look into it, but so far nothing has been resolved and my 1,000 dollars in winnings have not been returned. I feel that my money has been stolen and that I have not been treated fairly as a paying customer. I request that my 1,000 dollars in winnings be paid to me in full as soon as possible and that Starlight Gaming USA investigate the conduct of Ruth M*** F*** at the Phoenix gameroom. I also expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken against her if it is confirmed that she kept or took players’ winnings without paying them out.
