Unable to Access My Stardoll Account After It Was Hacked, No Response from Support

Around February, my Stardoll account, which I’ve had since 2009, was hacked. I’ve been trying to recover it, but when I use the "forgot password" option to reset my account, I never receive an email. I miss my account so much and have been unable to get any response from the Stardoll support team. I don’t know how else to contact them, and I’m feeling really upset about losing access to something that’s been a part of my life for so long. Can someone from Stardoll please assist me in recovering my account? I need this issue resolved urgently.
