Stardoll for Mac Keeps Showing ‘Installation Failed

I have been trying to use the Stardoll application on my MacBook for about a week. After the app installs its own version, it says I can play, but during installation via Launchpad, I constantly receive the message “Installation failed.” I have tried around 50 times, but the issue remains unresolved.
I have a Superstar membership and pay for premium features within the game. I have also tried several troubleshooting methods on my own, but nothing has worked. In addition, I attempted to contact customer service, but was unable to reach anyone.
My username is vivimelek, and I am located in Istanbul. I kindly request that this installation issue be fixed as soon as possible so I can fully access my Superstar membership benefits without interruption.
