I've encountered multiple errors during my online shopping experience. Despite my repeated attempts, I faced consistent issues with the process. Upon closer examination, I realized that in addition to the intended payment of $49.90, there were also small amounts of money withdrawn from my account. To make matters worse, despite making the purchase, no items were deposited into my game account as expected. This situation is highly frustrating and disappointing. Therefore, I am requesting an immediate refund of the extra charges and a resolution for the missing items.
