Starbucks Customer Service Blamed Me Instead of Fixing My Thermos




I bought a thermos from the Starbucks Yalova branch, and to my disappointment, the paint began peeling off after only 5 days. When I contacted customer service, I was taken aback by their response. They simply brushed off my concern and attributed it to a mistake on my part. I had high expectations for the Starbucks brand and was willing to pay more for what I believed would be a top-notch product. However, I am disappointed with how they have handled a genuine concern. Being held responsible for a defect in the product can be extremely exasperating. I had higher expectations for Starbucks, and I will keep sharing my experience until this matter is resolved. I strongly encourage Starbucks to take immediate action and address this issue responsibly.
