Starbucks Thermos Rusted, and I Expect a Replacement Despite Lost Receipt


I purchased a thermos from Starbucks, and it has started to rust. Unfortunately, I’ve lost the receipt, but I still believe Starbucks should address this issue. After all, they sold the thermos as stainless steel, and rust is a serious concern that could lead to potential health risks. I trusted the quality of the product, and now I’m worried about my health. Regardless of the missing receipt, Starbucks should take responsibility for selling a defective product. I expect the company to reach out and offer a replacement or solution. This is a matter of customer safety, and I hope they resolve it promptly!
