Starbucks Refused Entry Because of My Cats in a Covered Pet Stroller

Starbucks informed me that my pets were not allowed inside, and I was asked to leave, which felt quite disrespectful. I had two cats with me, safely secured in a covered pet stroller, and they were completely calm and quiet. In spite of this, we were effectively dismissed. I truly can't grasp what damage my pets might have done. Everyone nearby appeared completely unbothered by their presence. It seemed as though we were being mistreated simply because they were animals, which is unjust and painful. It's truly disappointing to witness such a deficiency in empathy and acceptance for our furry companions. This experience was disappointing, and I sincerely hope the business reevaluates how it treats customers with pets.
