Stanley Thermos Cup Lid Problem - Garbage Product
The Stanley Trigger-Action 047L is a sturdy water bottle for my 8-year-old son to avoid any problems. However, the cover gasket fell off, causing water leakage. I called and spoke to an organization named KutupAyisi to address this issue, but the conversation didn't yield much help. To avoid further embarrassment with my money, I refrained from calling again. While the product functions adequately at home, it lacks spare parts, and the customer service from the relevant company in Turkey is subpar. Overall, it's a mediocre product and brand. It may last as a museum item, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you wish to avoid disappointment, opt for another brand that offers service support and spare parts. Simply put, Stanley equals trash equals garbage.
